This is a community that I might eventually build into one focused around the challenges faced by those of us who have the main responsibility for feeding a medium to large sized family, day in day out. Other cooking communities can be fun, but they are a bit... hobbyist?

If you have a small family you are not excluded from joining, but please, respectfully keep in mind the focus of this community while you participate here.

Currently this community is something I'm just toying with, trying to see how much content for it I generate, so I haven't sought any members (not even posted about its existence to my own journal) but if you make your way here somehow and think it is a good idea, feel free to join.
